A.C.T. is an intensive, on-the-field training experience designed to forge bold evangelists who are equipped, empowered, and sent to proclaim the Gospel to the lost.
Complete any required online training and go meet your team! A.C.T. is specifically made for those seeking a career with Spearhead Missions. Over the course of 9 weeks, you’ll be taught core biblical doctrine, receive impartation from leaders, be pushed to learn how to communicate the gospel, and participate in real-world outreach in some of the more spiritually neglected nations.
It is vital for you to experience first hand what the heartbeat of Spearhead Missions is and walk out the practicalities of it overseas before furthering into Advance Crusade Training. Please submit an application for an expedition on the Expedition page.
After joining us on an expedition, Advanced Crusade Training is your gateway into joining Spearhead Missions full-time. During your time in Advanced Crusade training, you will journey to bring the Gospel to nations with limited or no Gospel presence. You will receive the doctrinal teachings and foundational skills necessary to make an eternal and sustainable impact in the nations. Submitting your application is the first step. Once submitted, a member of our staff will contact you directly.
Once your application is submitted, we may contact you and ask you to submit a reference from a leader, pastor, or mentor in your life. This individual cannot be a family member.
After your application and reference have been submitted, a member of our staff will contact you to schedule your interview. The interview is an opportunity for the staff to get to know you, hear from you, and talk through expectations for your time in A.C.T.
Fundraising is a key part for preparing for your A.C.T. You'll invite others to partner with you in prayer and financial support, giving people the opportunity to invest in what God is doing through you in the nations. Our team will walk with you through the process and provide tools and guidance along the way.
After your fundraising is completed, it is time to step into your two month refinement. Upon completion of A.C.T., students will have an opportunity to apply to Spearhead Missions to be full time staff.
